Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Depending on your product selection, items may ship from multiple fulfillment centers (including U.S.-based and international partners) to ensure the fastest delivery.

 

If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages.

 

🌍 Shipping Times

 

 

U.S. Domestic Orders: Estimated delivery is 3–8 business days after processing.

International Orders: Shipping times vary based on destination and may take 7–21 business days or longer depending on customs clearance and local delivery service.

 

Please note: These timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or peak periods.

 

 

💡 Tracking & Notifications

 

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

If your order ships in multiple packages, each shipment will have its own tracking number.

 

 

🚚 Carriers We Use

 

We primarily ship through USPS, UPS, FedEx, and select global couriers depending on location and product type.

Luma is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or incomplete/incorrect shipping addresses.

If your tracking says “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please first check with your local carrier or delivery office. All shipping fees are non-refundable once an order is processed.
